At Baluja Classes, we strive to provide a smooth and efficient experience for all our students, whether you are purchasing physical study materials or accessing our online courses. Below are the terms and conditions related to shipping and delivery for our products and services.
1. Online Courses Access
- Instant Access: Once payment is successfully processed, students will receive immediate access to the purchased online courses via their Baluja Classes account. Login details and course materials will be available within minutes, and students can begin learning right away.
- Confirmation Email: A confirmation email with access details will be sent to the registered email ID immediately upon successful payment.
2. Physical Products (Books and Study Materials)
- Shipping Locations: We deliver study materials across India. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
- Processing Time: Orders for physical products are processed within 1-3 business days. In case of delays, we will inform you via email or SMS.
- Shipping Time: Once dispatched, delivery times typically range between 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
- Non-Metro Cities and Rural Areas: 5-7 business days
- Shipping Charges: Free shipping is available for orders above ₹1,000. For orders below ₹1,000, a standard shipping fee of ₹50 applies.
- Delivery Partners: We collaborate with trusted courier services to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your materials.
3. Order Tracking
- After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to track the progress of your shipment.
- You can track your order through our website or the courier partner’s tracking page.
4. Failed Delivery Attempts
- If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, our courier partners will make two more delivery attempts. If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.
5. Delivery Issues
- Damaged or Lost Items: If your item is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipment or the expected delivery date. We will either replace the product or issue a refund.
- Incomplete or Incorrect Orders: In case you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will rectify the issue as quickly as possible.
6. Cancellations and Modifications
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled if it has already been shipped. If the order is still in processing, you can contact our customer support team to cancel or modify your order.
- For online courses, cancellations and refunds are not applicable after access has been granted unless otherwise specified under our Refund Policy.
